Get Meta-Basic

Meta-basic = The basics of basics.  Refers to simple habits that sustain a happy and healthy human life, as well as the fundamental elements of why and how these habits should be implemented with regularity and precision.


Feeling fatigued, brain-foggy, clumsy, forgetful, inattentive or inflamed?  

Then it’s perfectly appropriate to ask yourself some questions:

  • How well do I regulate my breathing?
  • How well have I been hydrating?
  • How well have I been sleeping?
  • How much have I been indulging in processed foods, alcohol, weed, tobacco and/or caffeine?
  • How much have I practiced moving my body lately?
  • How much time do I spend passively looking at screens?
  • How often am I engaged in stressful situations?
  • How replenished do I feel by my social situation?

Alignment is always first.
