Then it’s perfectly appropriate to ask yourself some questions:
- How well do I regulate my breathing?
- How well have I been hydrating?
- How well have I been sleeping?
- How much have I been indulging in processed foods, alcohol, weed, tobacco and/or caffeine?
- How much have I practiced moving my body lately?
- How much time do I spend passively looking at screens?
- How often am I engaged in stressful situations?
- How replenished do I feel by my social situation?
