ABOUT DR. MEDEIROS
Dr. Mary Medeiros trained in Internal Medicine because she has always been drawn to complexity. She built Thrive because she refused to practice medicine any other way.
OUR APPROACH
Most physicians are trained to find a diagnosis and match it to a treatment. Dr. Medeiros commits to do something harder — to sit with a complete human being, understand the full picture, and help that person navigate their own health with clarity, confidence, and as little unnecessary intervention as possible.
This is Internal Medicine practiced the way it was always meant to be. Rigorous. Individualized. Unhurried.

PAYING FOR YOUR CARE
Thrive operates outside the constraints of insurance-driven medicine. This is not incidental — it is the entire point. When a physician’s time and judgment are not rationed by a third-party system, something different becomes possible.
We offer transparent membership and visit-based pricing, HSA/FSA/HRA compatibility, and superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Medicare enrollment is currently available on a limited basis — please contact us to discuss your options.
