True Vitality (wellness) is simply about being the best version of YOURSELF. How well do you know who that is?
Each of us is valuable as an individual, given that we understand how our ABILITIES can position us to generate productivity, ie “give back.” The more each of us can focus on ABILITY rather than DISABILITY, the more productive and therefore more happy and therefore more VITAL (or well, or healthy) each of us will be.
The term “disorder” can be defined as a deviation from an understood norm. However, the added connotation is that a disorder renders someone incapable of something, which in most situations isn’t the case at all. It may mean that accomplishing some specific thing is *more difficult* than it would be for the average individual, but that only means the accomplishment would take more work, more effort, more energy, or more intuition, none of which is harmful for a human organism to practice or engage.
Meanwhile, being different is 100% about being unique. Isn’t it desirable to be special? Why, then, adopt language that devalues variety? Why lean into labels that indicate difference = inability? Why opt for a perspective that promotes inaction by suggesting that action is impossible or moot, when that isn’t even true?
KNX, Inc. is an idea growing into an entity, and our objective is to become a force in redefining the nature of wellness and being human in the 21st century. We have come to believe the concept of “medicine” places focus in the wrong direction. Medicine is fundamentally about specific treatment for specific ailment. Medicine, by definition, focuses on disease.
KNX is here to shift the focus. Health, Wellness, and Vitality are not a result of combating disease. Vitality happens at the point where we discover and become our best and truest individual selves… where it all connects.
Universal Principles
- Life and health are not ‘things’ to acquire, as if they are objects hidden in a treasure chest somewhere to be found. If you ‘want life’… the answer is to LIVE. However there isn’t a great verb for the noun “health”. If you want health, the answer is to BECOME. Simply that. It is to keep moving, keep wondering, keep growing, keep seeking. Stagnation is a slow but certain death. Even if you aren’t sure where the path will lead, choose a path and get on it. If you have to keep switching paths, that is fine, as it is PART OF LIFE. Whatever the direction of your journey, to constantly be on a journey is the only way to true health.
- Time and technique applied to knowing yourself and finding your place in this world is critical. Basic steps to the technique are as such: (1) *Feel*, (2) assess, (3) respond. And when you respond, do so to improve, not to escape.
- The more you move, the less you die. Anything you know about yourself, your purpose, or your ‘place’ also deserves time and technique applied to execution. Thinking and learning is a step, but the next step is to get up and DO it.
- Lastly, immortality is real! It can be achieved, but not in the way that humans have been conditioned for centuries to believe. The body is not where True Life exists, which means death does not come with the end of the body. LIFE IS PURPOSE. Therefore, if your personal sense of purpose is aligned with what fundamentally matters most, and if you can successfully pass along a legacy of said purpose, then your life will never end.
